About The Position
Vivier Pharma is seeking a Picker/Packer for their Vaudreuil-Dorion head office. The Picker/Packer will be responsible for processing and preparing domestic customer sales orders, which includes picking, counting, packing, and labeling orders for shipment. This role also involves receiving deliveries and stocking products.
Requirements
- High School diploma
- Minimum one (1) year of previous Warehouse experience
- Well organized, efficient
- Ability to lift boxes (up to 50lbs)
- Basic computer skills – Microsoft Office
Nice To Haves
- WMS & Bar code scanning experience preferred
- WHMIS and Dangerous Goods (Air & Ground) knowledge preferred
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack domestic orders
- Prepare shipping labels for individual orders
- Prepare packages, parcels and envelopes for special requests via courier
- Prepare end of day manifest
- Track shipments
- Perform annual inventory and cycle counts
- Receive packages, parcels, Purchase Orders (packaging components), Manufacturing Orders (finished product) and Company supplies, etc. according to Vivier receiving procedure and distribute accordingly
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures established for the Warehouse activities
- Keep work area tidy and organized
