About The Position

The Picker/Packer is responsible for performing a variety of tasks in the warehouse, including but not limited to picking and packing products. This role ensures that inventory is organized, and orders are accurately fulfilled. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

Requirements

• Minimum High School degree or GED equivalent.
• Ability to demonstrate basic math knowledge and aptitude to accurately pick customer orders.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in a large distribution inventory environments is preferred.
• Knowledge or experience working with a warehouse management system.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the fulfillment of customers’ orders are processed accurately and timely.
• Responsible for staging orders appropriately for shipping.
• Ensures that the number and type of components are picked correctly for work order.
• Pack, stack and organize items properly in order to prevent damage and injury.
• Communicate product or stock outs to supervisor to ensure timely order selection.
• Re-stock inventory with manually operated equipment.
• Responsible warehouse housekeeping tasks as assigned.
• Ensure all company policies and procedures are adhered to.
