About The Position
Join a growing manufacturing team with opportunities for advancement! We are currently seeking Pickers and General Manufacturing Workers to support operations at our Southern Pines-area facilities. You will work on the assembly line, operate machinery, and conduct quality inspections. We value candidates who are dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to grow with the company.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Ability to work various shift lengths (8, 10, or 12 hours)
- Must wear steel-toed shoes and long pants
- Pass a drug screen and background check
- Strong attendance and positive work ethic
- Excellent attention to detail
Nice To Haves
- 1+ year of manufacturing or warehouse experience (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Perform hand scanning and product picking
- Operate machines and perform basic assembly tasks
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure packaging accuracy
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Lift up to 45 lbs, bend, stoop, grip, and grasp throughout the shift
- Stand for extended periods
