Requirements

• Prolonged standing with occasional walking
• Low level positions: squatting, kneeling, crouching
• Able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs on occasion
• Organizational skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and good follow-up skills
• Willingness to work as team member or independently
• Able to continuously stand, stoop, and bend
• Proficient in basic math calculation
• Good vision including ability to review color
• Able to work with management to achieve company goals
• Lift 40 lbs
• Communicate professionally (verbal and interpersonal) with all levels of management and non-management personnel

Responsibilities

• Accurately count and separate products
• Communicate information in a clear and concise manner
• Operate an IPad and computer to RF scanner
• Work independently and as a team player within a fast-paced environment
• Adhere to loss prevention control and compliance procedures
• Custom pack product with supplied materials when standard packages does not work
• Utilize razor knives, tape measure, tape dispensers
• Foster a proactive, participative, cooperative work environment that has a customer-first attitude
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Prioritize and multi-task
• Follow verbal and written instructions
• Learn and demonstrate basic PC skills reporting production
• Read and follow work orders and production schedules
• Work with management to achieve company goals
• Accept direction from supervisors, management and peers to improve quality and performance
• Work together with peers and other departments to improve quality and performance
