About The Position
Order Fulfillment Associate - Picker/Packer Position Overview We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Associate to join our order fulfillment team. This role involves picking products and packing customer orders for shipment. Training is provided for both areas. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
- Reliable and dependable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Nice To Haves
- Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or fulfillment experience is an asset but not required.
- Basic understanding of order fulfillment is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Pick products accurately from warehouse aisles.
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment.
- Verify products and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Work independently while meeting daily fulfillment goals.
