About The Position
We are currently seeking a Picker/Packer for our manufacturing facility in Roselle, IL. This job requires picking and packing parts from the correct location within the Parts Department. The parts are made in our facility and must be picked to the specifics of customer orders on time. This position consists of standing/walking 8 hours a day.
Requirements
- Basic math, reading, and computer skills
- Must be a quick learner
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Must be able to adapt to occasional quick changes in a fast-paced environment
- English-speaking
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a packing role is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Inspect items to ensure they are not damaged and meet quality standards before packing.
- Follow packing instructions and company procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Meet daily packing quotas and deadlines.
