About The Position

The Warehouse Picker/Packer supports daily warehouse operations while also serving as a company driver for local deliveries and pickups. This role is responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, and preparing materials, as well as safely operating company vehicles to transport goods to customers, vendors, and job sites. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year previous driving with a clean driving record
Ability to operate or willingness to train on forklifts and material-handling equipment
Basic computer or scanner skills for inventory and delivery tracking
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively with employees and management
Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous warehouse or delivery experience preferred

Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or shipment
Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks, forklifts, or other equipment (if certified)
Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and proper documentation
Organize warehouse materials to ensure cleanliness, safety, and efficiency
Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
Operate company vehicles to deliver products to customers or job sites
Load and secure materials to prevent damage during transport
Obtain delivery signatures and complete required paperwork or digital logs
Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
Represent the company professionally during all customer interactions
Follow all DOT, state, and local driving regulations
