About The Position

WeatherTech Direct is seeking well-qualified Order Pickers/Packers to pick, package, and restock various products. Open positions are on 2nd Shift. This is a great opportunity to join the WeatherTech Direct team! The hourly rate of pay is $18.50 per hour or more depending on experience. 2nd Shift receives a $1.00 shift differential.

Requirements

Minimum of 6 months related work experience
Experience using an RF Scanner
High school diploma or equivalent
Able to read and understand verbal and written work orders/instructions
A high degree of attention required to prevent accidents and injuries
Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
Lift up to 50lbs
Flexibility to work weekends and overtime, as required
Fluent in English and authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

Pick orders by reading pick tickets (BOLs) and move product to the shipping area by operating an RF Scanner
Package various products to order specifications
Work as part of a team to ensure efficiency when processing orders
Train new and existing team members on different functions of the production area to ensure all can perform each task properly; share knowledge and best practices to help aid efficiency and productivity
Follow all safety and company procedures while performing work duties
Perform other duties as assigned, both within and outside of the department
