Requirements
- Prior warehouse, picker/packer, or fulfillment center experience preferred
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic ability to read and follow written or printed instructions
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately according to order slips
- Inspect products for defects or damage before packaging
- Prepare and label packages for shipment in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse workspace
- Meet daily pick/pack quotas and productivity targets
- Assist with receiving, sorting, and stocking incoming inventory
- Operate warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, or scanners as needed
