About The Position

A Picker II assists in departments by performing a variety of duties as assigned by the Supervisor, Lead Person and/or Manager. This role involves managing pick ticket orders, accurately pulling warehouse items from correct locations based on item number, quantity, and quality requirements, and staging items correctly for delivery. The position requires operating handling equipment safely, keeping pace with the work area and team, and working collaboratively to ensure product specifications are met efficiently. The Picker II must also follow company GMPs, SOPs, Rules, and Policies, and maintain a clean work area.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Picking quota is 160 cases per hour.
Accuracy and efficiency will be monitored daily/weekly.
Must be able to follow written and oral instructions.

Responsibilities

Manages pick ticket orders.
Pulls warehouse items from correct locations based on number, Item Number, quantity, and quality requirements.
Ensures that orders are accurate.
Stages items correctly for delivery.
Operates handling equipment and ensures safety regulations are followed.
Responsible for performing tasks as described and assigned by the Department Supervisor/Lead.
Must keep pace with work area and team.
Must work as a team player, ensuring product specifications are attained in a safe and efficient manner and communicate well with other team members.
Assist other departments as assigned by Supervisor/Lead/Manager.
Must follow company’s GMP’s, SOP’s, Rules and Policies.
Must be able to follow written and oral instructions.
Strives to satisfy the requirements of internal and external customers.
Responsible for keeping work area clean.
Other duties may be assigned.
