About The Position

Taylor Corporation is looking for an Order Picker to join the team at our Jeffersonville, IN, facility! This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of picking customer orders, performing quality checks, and potentially operating materials handling equipment. The position involves picking orders using both manual and powered equipment, verifying stock availability, restocking shelves, and repackaging orders. A key aspect of this role is maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Requirements

Must be able to use a ring scanner
Must be comfortable with heights up to 35'
Must be able to read and count accurately and do simple math
Detail oriented
Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision
Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment where you maintain and enhance department goals
Effectively communicate and work in a team environment
Self-motivated and able to multi task
Ability to operate material handling equipment (order picker / forklift)
Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English; communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand
Regularly required to remain in a stationary position
Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials
Frequently required to move inside the facility
Regularly move up to 50+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)
