About The Position

This role is responsible for accurately and efficiently filling truck carrier orders. The Picker Forklift Operator will process pick ticket orders, scan products using an RF scanner, and verify picked items against sales orders to prevent errors. This position requires adherence to weekly productivity standards and timely placement of picked orders on the conveyor for carrier deadlines. The role also involves relocating product within the warehouse, assisting with month-end physical inventory, and maintaining a Tour-Ready appearance at all times. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to understand basic English.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
• Ability to bend, stoop, stand, walk, and twist as needed to perform the job.

Responsibilities

• Fill truck carrier orders with accuracy and speed.
• Process pick ticket orders being shipped via truck carrier.
• Accurately scan product out of location using a RF scanner.
• Check product being picked against sales order to avoid errors.
• Notify supervisor of orders with discrepancies prior to filling orders.
• Maintain weekly productivity standards.
• Place picked orders on conveyor for processing by carrier deadlines.
• Relocate product in the warehouse as directed.
• Assist with month-end physical inventory.
• Assist with maintaining Tour-Ready appearance at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
