About The Position

PrimusLabs is hiring an entry-level Pick-Up Driver to support its team in Yuma, Arizona. The role involves collecting and transporting samples from various locations, assisting with basic dispatch duties, providing customer service, and supporting daily laboratory operations. Training will be provided. This is a seasonal position running November through April, scheduled Monday through Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. The hourly wage is $17.00–$17.50. A clean DMV record must be submitted before the assignment begins, and applicants must be at least 21 years old to meet company vehicle insurance requirements.

Requirements

• Previous experience is not required; training will be provided.
• Provide a clean DMV record before the assignment begins.
• Be at least 21 years old to meet company vehicle insurance requirements.
• Strong telephone, communication, and customer service skills.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and willing to learn.
• Ability to follow instructions, SOPs, and work procedures.
• Ability to lift 35 pounds or more.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and transport samples from various locations using a company vehicle.
• Respond to pick-up requests and coordinate sample collection with customers and internal teams.
• Assist with basic dispatch duties, including receiving calls, communicating pick-up details, and helping coordinate daily requests.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service over the phone and in person.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Assist other departments as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
