About The Position
The Pick Up & Delivery Coordinator will perform day-to-day tasks assigned by the Service Manager. This role involves scheduling and booking pick-ups and deliveries, managing driver schedules and planned trips, making service appointments, and assisting with all aspects of customer service. Additionally, the coordinator will be responsible for tracking and scheduling shuttle vehicle maintenance, ensuring the shuttle is fueled and ready for daily use, and performing daily fluid and tire checks.
