Responsibilities

  • Schedule and manage mobile service/ service appointments for customers in an efficient and timely manner
  • Coordinate vehicle pick-up and delivery services for customers as needed
  • Communicate clearly with customers regarding appointment status, updates, and follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate records of appointments, notes, and customer requests
  • Work closely with service advisors, sales, and management teams to ensure smooth workflow
  • Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Confirm appointments, reschedule when necessary, and reduce no-shows through proactive communication
  • Assist with general administrative and organizational tasks as needed
