Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to read and follow written work instructions, diagrams, and quality standards.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Demonstrated commitment to teamwork, quality, and workplace safety.

Nice To Haves

Prior manufacturing, assembly, or packaging experience preferred.
Basic computer and inventory tracking knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

Safely, timely and accurately picking products in assigned zones.
Assembling, configuring, and packaging products in accordance with customer requirements, work instructions, and shipping schedules.
Ensuring that all packaged products meet Bosch’s quality, labeling, and safety standards while supporting operational efficiency within the warehouse and production environment.
Walk throughout the warehouse to locate and pick products based on order specifications.
Utilize a manual pallet jack to transport picked items to the packing area.
Securely package finished products, apply accurate labels per Bosch and customer requirements, and verify order accuracy prior to shipment.
Record material and component usage; notify supervisors of low stock levels or replenishment needs to avoid production delays.
Perform visual inspections of products and packaging, identify and report defects or discrepancies, and ensure compliance with established quality standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area in alignment with 5S and Bosch safety standards.
Operate all tools, equipment, and packaging machinery safely and properly while adhering to safety and environmental policies.
Partner with warehouse, logistics, and production teams to resolve issues, streamline material flow, and support cross-functional activities as needed.
Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality; weekend work and overtime may be required as needed to meet customer and business demands.
