We have opportunities for full-time and part-time positions at our West Chester, OH, fulfillment center, with various start times available. You will report to an Outbound Operations Supervisor.

Requirements

3+ months of experience in a distribution/fulfillment center environment
Walking, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds when needed
Available to work flexible hours such as overtime, and weekends
Team player, willing to work in other areas of the operation as needed
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet the performance standards of the position

Responsibilities

Pick and process orders for shipment to the customer
Quality check all work to ensure proper SKU, color, size, and quantity
Follow and meet all accuracy and performance requirements
Identify inventory and process issues and present them to management for referral to problem resolution
Properly fill out profiling change forms, stop signs, and truck maintenance forms
Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
All other duties as directed by CSI Management.
