About The Position

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Fulfillment & Warehouse Associates. In this role, you will be a crucial part of our 3PL warehouse operations, ensuring accurate and efficient packaging and shipment of products for over 20 e-commerce brands. This is a fast-paced, precision-driven environment where performance directly impacts customer experience. We are looking for individuals with an obsessive attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work efficiently on their feet.

Requirements

Obsessive attention to detail.

Speed and stamina to remain on feet and moving fast all day.
Ability to work independently and take pride in flawless execution.
Comfortable with computers, barcodes, and learning new software quickly.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand all shift long.

Nice To Haves

Experience with ShipHero, ShipStation, Shopify, or similar shipping platforms.
Prior work experience in 3PL, e-commerce, or warehouse/fulfillment environments.
Ability to identify 50 SKUs by sight.

Responsibilities

Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring all items are properly labeled and documented.
Read packing slips carefully and make no assumptions.
Lift boxes up to 50 lbs.
Stand for the entire shift.
Print shipping labels using ShipHero, ShipStation, or similar software.
Process returns using tools like Microsoft Excel.
Maintain extremely low error rates.
