Requirements

Licensed Physiotherapist in Alberta (or eligible)
Excellent communication and a patient-first mindset
2+ years outpatient orthopaedics
Passion for lifelong learning
Enjoy mentoring and team collaboration

Nice To Haves

Manual therapy interest and Orthopaedic Levels (an asset)
IMS/acupuncture/sport physiotherapy considered assets

Responsibilities

Develop personalized, evidence-informed care plans to support individual rehabilitation and wellness goals.
Collaborate with an expert team to coordinate patient-centric care and achieve optimal outcomes.
Continuously advance your clinical expertise through evidence-informed practice, advanced education, peer collaboration, and engagement with emerging best practices in rehabilitation.
Utilize modern tools, including e-charting and digital communication, to streamline your workflow.
Educate patients and their families on recovery, prevention, and self-management strategies.
