About The Position
Lifemark Physiotherapy Hazelwood Clinic, located in Surrey, BC, has been operating since 1993. The clinic is a 4,000 square feet facility with 10 treatment rooms, offering a bright, spacious, and comfortable setting with a full gym. It is accessible by public transportation and offers free parking. The clinic specializes in Physiotherapy Rehabilitation, Concussion Care, Pain Management, Occupational Therapy, and Clinical Counselling. The team of therapists is passionate about helping clients recover from pain and injuries quickly and safely. The location offers access to nature and outdoor activities.
Requirements
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Health and Care Professionals of British Columbia.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a patient-first mindset.
- Enthusiasm for mentoring, participating in clinic events, and sharing knowledge.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Nice To Haves
- 1-3 years rehabilitation RTW-focused work experience as a physiotherapist.
- Newly Licensed Graduates are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
- Develop personalized, evidence-informed care plans to support individual rehabilitation and wellness goals.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient-centric care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Build the next generation through mentorship and leadership (as assigned).
- Stay current with best practices through continuous learning and professional development.
- Utilize modern tools, including e-charting and digital communication, to streamline your workflow.
- Partner with therapy assistants and kinesiologists to maximize clinical impact.
- Educate patients and their families on recovery, prevention, and self-management strategies.
