About The Position
Lifemark is seeking a passionate physiotherapist to join their team at Synergy Health Centre in Victoria, BC. This role involves enhancing the health and well-being of Canadians by expanding access to care and creating a lasting impact in the community. The Synergy Health Centre clinic is a multidisciplinary team environment specializing in pelvic, vestibular, and concussion health management. The physiotherapist will work closely with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive, individualized care, supporting patient recovery and return to daily function. Opportunities include working with concussion programs, FCEs, Community OT services, and Veterans Rehabilitation services.
Requirements
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Health and Care Professionals of British Columbia.
- Professional liability insurance (as required).
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, communication skills and a patient-first mindset.
- Enthusiasm for mentoring, participating in clinic events, and sharing knowledge.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities
- Develop personalized, evidence-informed care plans to support individual rehabilitation and wellness goals.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient-centric care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Build the next generation through mentorship and leadership (as assigned).
- Stay current with best practices through continuous learning and professional development.
- Utilize modern tools, including e-charting and digital communication, to streamline your workflow.
- Partner with therapy assistants and kinesiologists to maximize clinical impact.
- Educate patients and their families on recovery, prevention, and self-management strategies.
