About The Position

At CareATC, we genuinely believe in revolutionizing employer-sponsored healthcare. We're passionate about our mission and deeply committed to providing exceptional, patient-centered solutions for our clients and their employees. Deliver Relationship-Based Primary Care with the Opportunity to Support Occupational Health Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week | Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | No Nights, No Weekends, No On-Call. At CareATC, we're redefining healthcare through a relationship-centered, employer-sponsored care model focused on quality—not patient volume. Our physicians have the time to build meaningful relationships with patients, manage chronic conditions proactively, and focus on prevention instead of productivity metrics. This position also offers the opportunity to support occupational health services, including workers' compensation care, during planned provider absences, allowing you to utilize a broader scope of practice while remaining part of a collaborative care team. CareATC is seeking a compassionate, relationship-focused Physician (MD/DO) to join our employer-sponsored health center. In this role, you'll provide comprehensive primary care for an established patient population while helping patients improve their long-term health through prevention, chronic disease management, and personalized treatment plans. This physician will also provide occasional occupational health coverage, including workers' compensation evaluations and treatment, during planned provider absences. Previous occupational health and workers' compensation experience is required. Working alongside an experienced interdisciplinary team, you'll practice medicine the way it was meant to be—building lasting patient relationships and delivering high-quality, patient-centered care without the pressures of traditional fee-for-service medicine.
