About The Position

Provides medical care and treatment to patients. The physician conducts patient assessments, diagnoses medical conditions, develops and implements treatment plans in accordance with established protocols, monitors patient progress, and adjusts treatment plans as necessary. The role includes ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, educating and supporting patients and their families, maintaining accurate medical records, and coordinating care with other healthcare professionals. The physician may also participate in training and educating medical students, residents, and fellows as required, and is expected to stay up to date with medical advancements and research.

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) equivalent.
• Graduate of an approved fellowship program, if applicable.
• Medical license in the State of Ohio.
• Unrestricted physician license.
• Board certification or eligibility in Pediatrics.
• Prior clinical practice experience may be required based on the needs of the division.
