About The Position

Skilled Wound Care is seeking motivated physicians to provide wound care to local Skilled Nursing Facilities in the Philadelphia metro area. This role offers clinical autonomy and a "no-call" lifestyle, allowing physicians to manage patient outcomes based on their expertise without the constraints of hospital boards. The position involves providing high-impact wound care, utilizing the latest advancements in wound healing, including surgical debridement, advanced dressings, and collaborative care within the post-acute setting. The company provides comprehensive wound care training, including 36 hours of company-provided CME, workshops, and online courses. The role is structured as an Independent Contractor with an average annual earning of $220,000 – $250,000, with no earning cap and potential for top performers to earn over $300,000 through performance bonuses. The pay structure includes per-patient and per-procedure pay, plus quarterly bonus programs. The company utilizes custom software designed to reduce administrative time.

Requirements

Medical Degree: MD or DO from an accredited institution.
Unrestricted/Clear Pennsylvania Medical License (or eligibility to obtain one).
DEA License (or eligibility to obtain one).
