About The Position
Meridian Health Partners is seeking dedicated physicians to provide care in skilled nursing facilities and residential senior living communities in the North Texas area. Founded in 2021, Meridian Health Partners is a physician-led group committed to improving outcomes in senior care. We support our providers with the tools and infrastructure needed to deliver high-quality care in post-acute, rehab, assisted living, and memory care settings throughout the DFW area.
Requirements
- Active Texas Medical License & DEA certification
- Board Certified
- Inpatient or Hospitalist experience welcomed
