About The Position

The PRN staff physician is a member of a clinical team focused on exceptional patient care. The physician assesses patients and provides treatment while ensuring a reassuring patient experience. The role calls for clinical judgment, problem-solving, leadership, and the ability to supervise, evaluate, coach, and develop staff. The physician also supports Concentra’s practice standards and contributes to a cooperative, productive multidisciplinary work environment. Requirements

Current unrestricted medical license in the state of jurisdiction, as required for clinical and/or business duties.
Unrestricted DEA license for the state of jurisdiction.
Must be eligible to participate in Medicare.
Medical degree (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
Ability to make decisions and solve problems using logic to identify key facts, explore alternatives, and propose quality solutions.
Ability to properly handle sensitive and confidential information, including HIPAA and PHI, in accordance with federal and state laws and company policies.
Ability to supervise, evaluate, coach, and develop staff.
Ability to foster a cooperative and harmonious working climate that maximizes employee morale and productivity.
Commitment to putting patients first and enjoyment of treating patients.
Superior patient/customer service and bedside manner skills.
Ability to work as a team player in a multidisciplinary environment.
