About The Position

Rocky Mountain Senior Care is hiring a Physician for its growing Colorado Springs team. The practice provides post-acute care across assisted living, independent living, skilled nursing, memory care, and group homes. Physicians work alongside advanced practice providers and may use supervisory skills while building their practice within a large statewide network. The position offers schedule flexibility and an operational and incentive model designed for entrepreneurial clinicians.

The target salary is $275,000 or more, with an uncapped wRVU income structure. Call is scheduled every other month, with the option to trade shifts, pick up extra call, or take call for others. Call compensation is $200 on weekdays, $275 on weekends, and $300 on holidays.

Requirements

• Board eligible or board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Supervisory skills and an interest in working with advanced practice providers.
