About The Position
The Parker Jewish Institute for Healthcare and Rehabilitation is seeking a full-time Physician to join their Medical Department. This role is responsible for delivering appropriate, adequate, compassionate, and quality medical care to Parker's residents in coordination with other healthcare team members. Requirements
- Two (2) or more years of experience as an Attending Physician in a hospital with a geriatric population; or within a nursing home environment
- A medical degree from an accredited medical school
- NYS Board certification in a primary care specialty
- Completion of residency in Internal Medicine
- Eligibility for hospital admitting privileges
- Clean and active license to practice medicine in New York State
- Proficient in SigmaCare or a similar Electronic Medical Record software
