Part-Time Missouri Physician (Remote)

Plume•Missouri, MO

About The Position

Plume is a trans-founded, mission-driven healthcare company seeking a Physician who is licensed and resides in Missouri. This is a part-time, fully remote, work-from-home patient care role providing gender-affirming hormone therapy (GAHT) and Expanded Clinical Services to patients throughout the United States. The Physician will provide longitudinal care to a patient panel, including onboarding new patients and providing follow-up care such as lab and prescription management and responses to clinical questions. A support team handles patient account logistics so clinicians can focus on care. The role requires comfort using computers and electronic medical record systems in a rapidly changing, technology-driven healthcare startup environment, and a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week. Compensation is $100 per hour under a tiered model in which hourly pay increases as a clinician's patient panel grows. The tiered compensation system will be discussed during the interview process. Applications are accepted until the role is filled or November 25, 2026.
