About The Position
Avante Physician Services (APS), a facility-owned multispecialty group serving 11 rehabilitation facilities across Florida, is seeking a physician to provide specialty care in its post-acute care practice. Specialists practice exclusively within Avante facilities, with an established patient population and no need to compete for referrals. Facilities are located near major hospital systems, supporting transitions of care and potential relationships with local hospitals. APS provides operational support including billing optimization, compliance expertise, credentialing support, and practice development. Compensation models may include revenue sharing, salary, or hybrid arrangements. The practice emphasizes predictable schedules and care for medically stable patients recovering in rehabilitation settings. The position is based in Boca Raton, Florida. A background screening through the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse is required.
Requirements
