About The Position

Signify Health, part of CVS Health®, is seeking a Full Time Physician to provide In-Home Health Evaluations. This role involves engaging with people in their homes to bridge gaps in care and build trusted relationships to improve health outcomes. The physician will conduct comprehensive and personalized health evaluations, including medication and medical history reviews, physical evaluations, and diagnostic tests as ordered. The role utilizes an iPad with an intuitive clinical workflow and does not require prescribing medication, ordering lab tests, or altering current treatment regimens. The physician will be part of a national network dedicated to improving health outcomes and connecting people to the right care.

Requirements

Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s).
Able to cover the following primary locations: Wenatchee an surrounding area.
Candidates must be able to comfortably and safely perform their duties in homes that may contain household pets, secondhand smoke, and other potential airborne allergens or irritants.

Nice To Haves

Multi-state licenses (preferred).

Responsibilities

Provide In-Home Health Evaluations.
Conduct virtual visits as needed.
Provide all Signify Health services as indicated including Diagnostic & Preventive Services products (i.e., spirometry, DEE, bone density screening, etc.).
