About The Position

As an experienced or new physician to wound care, you will manage patient outcomes based on your clinical expertise and direction. At Skilled Wound Care, you are a valued member of a close-knit team, making a real difference in the lives of patients with chronic wounds. We are a leading national wound care physician group in Newark, NJ, seeking motivated and driven Surgeons of all backgrounds, Family Medicine physicians, and Internal Medicine physicians to join our team. This role involves providing comprehensive care to patients in nursing facilities, utilizing the latest advancements in wound healing, including debridement, advanced dressings, and application of amniotic tissue. Wound care is a dynamic and ever-advancing field with new biological therapies being adopted, making it an exciting time to enter the field.

Requirements

Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
Active/unrestricted NJ medical license.
DEA License (or eligibility to obtain one).

Nice To Haves

Active NY medical license is highly preferred due to additional work in that location.

Responsibilities
