About The Position

Skilled Wound Care is seeking motivated MDs and DOs to provide mobile wound care to geriatric patients in nursing facilities. This role offers a path away from hospital politics, administrative overhead, and legal ambiguity, allowing physicians to focus on practicing medicine. As an independent contractor, physicians will make clinical decisions and manage patient outcomes, with the company handling facility contracts and billing. The position emphasizes practicing pure medicine with the latest advancements in wound healing, zero overhead, and uncapped earning potential. Physicians can expect to reclaim their time with no on-call duties or weekend rounds, and administrative tasks are reduced through a custom software system.

Requirements

Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
Active, clear, and unrestricted Texas medical license.
Active and unrestricted DEA license.
