About The Position

Physicians Vein Clinics is expanding rapidly and seeking a dedicated Physician to join our team. This is a full-time position with significant growth potential, offering comprehensive training by our owner and medical director. The role involves leading three clinics in Lancaster, Reading, and Lebanon, Pennsylvania, and focusing on providing high-quality care for patients with venous insufficiency using state-of-the-art techniques and technology.

Requirements

Physician license, certifications, and insurance in accordance with Pennsylvania law.
Must hold a DO, MD, or be certified in emergency medicine, family medicine, internal medicine, general surgery, cardiology, or vascular surgery.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
Successful completion of an accredited residency program.

Responsibilities

Lead three clinics in Lancaster, Reading, and Lebanon, Pennsylvania after initial onboarding and training.
Foster a team culture focused on patient-first care.
Grow the current and future patient base.
Perform minimally invasive vein procedures including conservative therapy, sclerotherapy, ambulatory phlebectomy, Varithena, VenaSeal, and EVLA.
Perform physical exams to identify signs of venous insufficiency and other health conditions.
Review, administer, and prescribe patient medications.
Refer patients for care outside the clinic's scope.
Collaborate with the medical team to develop patient treatment plans.
Provide therapeutic treatments such as ultrasounds and sclerotherapy.
Collaborate with RVT, nursing, and administrative staff for efficient and patient-oriented operations.
Record clear and accurate medical documentation.
Monitor patient progress and provide follow-up care.
Invest time in continuing education and professional development.
Participate in team-building events.
Adhere to Physicians Vein Clinics guidelines and protocols.
Follow all applicable medical care regulations and safety protocols.
Maintain licensing, certifications, and insurance as required by law.
