The ideal candidate will possess a working knowledge of electric, plumbing, drywall, flooring, appliances, windows, and locks. Requirements

  • Working knowledge of electric, plumbing, drywall, flooring, appliances, windows, and locks.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Capability to drive all company vehicles (golf carts, quads, and trucks).
  • Capability to use all maintenance tools.
  • Ability to perform all maintenance duties safely.
  • Must pass a drug and background check.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with HVAC repairs.
  • Experience with carpentry, plumbing, light electrical, painting, refurbishing, cleaning, waste removal, heat and air-conditioning repair, masonry, grounds keeping, landscaping, and sewer maintenance.
  • Experience carrying out a preventative maintenance program.
  • Availability for emergency repairs and after-hour "on call" duty.

Responsibilities

  • Complete maintenance requests within the apartment community.
  • Perform lifting of appliances, tile work, drywall work, appliance repair and installation, and HVAC repairs.
  • Conduct snow removal.
  • Perform and collaborate with contractors and all employees.
  • Engage in carpentry, plumbing, light electrical work, painting, refurbishing, cleaning, waste removal, heat and air-conditioning repair, masonry, grounds keeping, landscaping, and sewer maintenance.
  • Carry out preventative maintenance programs under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor.
  • Be available for emergency repairs and after-hour "on call" duty as required.
  • Drive all company vehicles with a valid driver's license (e.g., golf carts, quads, and trucks).
  • Utilize all maintenance tools.
  • Carry out all maintenance duties safely as required for the position.
