About The Position

Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System (SRHS) is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Urologist to join its physician-led Urology team. The opening is due to continued growth and an upcoming retirement. The incoming physician will join a well-established, high-volume practice serving the rapidly growing Spartanburg market, alongside 9 experienced Urologists and 3 Advanced Practice Providers. The role provides comprehensive adult urologic care across inpatient and outpatient settings. Physicians with general urology training or subspecialty fellowship training are encouraged to apply. The practice handles general urology needs as well as major oncology cases, implant cases, and robotics. Procedures are performed at modern hospital facilities and ambulatory surgery centers, with access to state-of-the-art robotic platforms across hospital campuses. Robotic experience is welcomed but not required. The clinic schedule is Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, and Friday, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM. Once the team is fully staffed, physicians share call at a 1:10 ratio, with Advanced Practice Providers providing first-call coverage outside clinic hours. A potential ownership opportunity in a surgery center is available. The employed position offers compensation of $70 per RVU, with current physicians producing 9,000–11,000 RVUs per year and no upper limit to RVUs. The position includes a sign-on bonus and recruitment incentives up to $125,000, as well as a competitive benefits package. Requirements

Board-certified or board-eligible in urology.

Responsibilities
