About The Position

Benefis Health System in Great Falls, Montana is seeking an Urgent Care Physician to join our Urgent Care team. This is a full-time position with flexibility in scheduling, considering reduced FTE. The clinic operates Monday – Friday 7:00 am – 6:30 pm and Saturday – Sunday 9:00 am – 6:00 pm. The clinic is fast-paced with excellent support staff, including experienced nursing, rad techs, and efficient check-in/check-out processes. Point-of-care testing and digital X-ray are available on-site. The medical group consists of 460 employed providers, offering access to various specialty providers for referrals and consultations.

Requirements

• Physician
• Urgent Care experience
• Ability to work flexible scheduling
• Experience with Epic electronic medical record
• J1 waiver sponsorships for specific specialties

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a fast-paced clinic environment
• Familiarity with Native American programs and culturally sensitive care

Responsibilities

• Provide urgent care services.
• Work with an experienced team of physician and advanced practice providers.
• Ensure dual or triple coverage on all shifts.
• Utilize POC testing and digital X-ray.
• Collaborate with other specialty providers for referrals and consultations.
