Physician -Transplant Nephrologist - Royal Oak
About The Position
Corewell Health William Beaumont University Hospital seeks a highly skilled and compassionate physician to join the employed Transplant Nephrology faculty based in the Royal Oak, MI campus. This is a full-time position for a 4th transplant nephrologist. The hospital is a large academic medical center with over a thousand inpatient beds and serves as a tertiary referral center. The William Beaumont University Hospital Transplant Center's Kidney Transplant Program has a strong history and excellent outcomes. The role involves clinical services, education and training programs, and expanding resources. Successful candidates will become part of a dynamic team and receive a faculty appointment in the Department of Medicine at the Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine.
Requirements
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Nephrology
- Experience in kidney and multi-organ transplants
- Unrestricted License and DEA – Michigan MD/DO
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Commitment to being a team player
Nice To Haves
- Completion of an AST/ASN-accredited Renal Transplant fellowship is preferred
