About The Position
This position involves direct patient care and the teaching and supervision of residents, fellows, medical students, and other trainees within the Department of Surgery Physicians. Candidates are eligible for faculty appointments through the OU College of Medicine, with the appointment rank determined by academic accomplishment and experience. Continued employment is contingent upon successfully obtaining Board Certification within the specified timeframe for the specialty.
Requirements
- Must have or be able to obtain an Oklahoma medical license prior to employment
- Must be BC/BE in Surgery
- Must have completed a fellowship in Surgical Oncology
- Must obtain Board Certification in the eligibility timeframe of your specialty for continued employment
