About The Position

The West Virginia University School of Medicine - Eastern Division and the Department of Surgery seek a Colorectal Surgeon. The successful candidate will be expected to practice in Martinsburg, West Virginia. The role involves practicing in the areas of Colorectal Surgery, providing excellent patient care, and actively teaching medical students, residents, and fellows.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent.
• Eligible for state medical license.
• Completed a surgical residency program.
• Fellowship in Colorectal Surgery required.
• Board certified/eligible in General/Colorectal Surgery.
• All qualifications must be met by the time of the appointment.

Responsibilities

• Practice in the areas of Colorectal Surgery.
• Provide excellent patient care.
• Actively involved in teaching medical students, residents, and fellows.
