About The Position

ProMedica Physicians Group (PPG) is seeking a full-time fellowship-trained Sleep Medicine Physician to join our team in Sylvania, OH. This is a Monday through Friday daytime schedule with a 100% outpatient practice. Responsibilities include working in the Sleep Medicine Clinic, Sleep Lab, and Telemedicine. This is a busy, established practice with strong patient demand, supported by robust provider, clinical, and administrative teams. With a focus on preventive care and patient education across a wide range of medical specialties, PPG helps individuals maintain long-term health and manage complex conditions. Physicians apply the latest medical knowledge and collaborate closely with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure personalized, effective care at every stage of life. Requirements

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited institution in the applicable specialty.
Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice in the state(s) where care is provided.
Board certified or board eligible in the relevant specialty.
Completion of an accredited Sleep Medicine Fellowship.
Current American Heart Association (AHA) certification(s) applicable to your role (e.g., BLS, ACLS, PALS, etc.).
Commitment to ongoing continuing medical education (CME) and professional development.
