Provides strategic, independent leadership for physician recruitment initiatives across assigned UHS acute division markets. Serves as a trusted advisor to facility CEOs, Market Directors, and senior operational leadership, guiding recruitment strategy from workforce planning through contract execution. Owns full-cycle recruitment for complex, high-impact searches, including specialty and hard-to-fill roles, while ensuring alignment with organizational strategy, financial targets, and compliance standards. Leads candidate engagement, site visit execution, compensation development, and negotiation activities, partnering closely with Legal, Physician Payments, and executive stakeholders. Maintains accountability for recruitment outcomes, timelines, and data integrity, while proactively identifying risks, opportunities, and process improvements to advance physician recruitment effectiveness across the division.
