About The Position

Baptist Medical Group in Oxford, MS is seeking a Pulmonology/CC Physician for an employed opportunity. The group currently consists of three physicians and one NP, with a 24-bed ICU and 24/7 hospitalist coverage. The position offers a competitive compensation package, complete benefits, and relocation assistance. The physician will work out of the 217-bed Baptist North Mississippi hospital, which features a full spectrum of specialties and robotic bronchoscopy capability. The call rotation is 1:4, and the physician will see 10-11 patients in a half-day outpatient clinic.

Requirements

• Physician specializing in Pulmonology/Critical Care.
• Board certified or eligible in Pulmonary and Critical Care.

Nice To Haves

• Sleep certification is a plus (currently one physician is sleep certified).

Responsibilities

• Provide pulmonary and critical care services.
• Participate in a 1:4 call rotation.
• See 10-11 patients in a half-day outpatient clinic.
• Assist with hospital rounds.
