About The Position

Gould Medical Group seeks to hire a board-certified or board-eligible Psychiatrist in Modesto, California. This is a general psychiatry position focused on outpatient care, with some telework available and an onsite setting. The Behavioral Health department includes Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, and Advanced Practicing Clinicians. Documentation demands are described as low, consisting of progress notes and intakes, with no annuals or clinical updates. The electronic health record is Epic. The starting base salary is $340,000, with a two-year salary guarantee and an RVU-based compensation model starting in year two. RVU bonus potential is available during the guarantee period, and a residency stipend is available. A sign-on bonus is offered.
