About The Position
Gould Medical Group seeks a board-certified or board-eligible Psychiatrist in Modesto, California. This is a general psychiatry position focused exclusively on outpatient care, with some telework available onsite. The Behavioral Health department includes Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, and Advanced Practicing Clinicians. Documentation demands are described as low, limited to progress notes and intakes, with no annuals or clinical updates. The group uses Epic as its EHR and is described as stable and growing. Compensation includes a starting base salary of $340,000, a two-year salary guarantee, and an RVU-based compensation model beginning in year two, with RVU bonus potential during the guarantee period.
