Requirements

  • MD or DO with Board Certification in Psychiatry
  • Active medical license in TX, FL, MD, or DE (multi-state licensure strongly preferred for growth opportunities)
  • Demonstrated experience supervising and mentoring Advanced Practice Providers, with a track record of successful team development
  • Strong diagnostic skills, comprehensive knowledge of psychopharmacology, and experience with diverse patient populations
  • Exceptional documentation abilities, clear communication style, and collaborative approach to patient care
  • Alignment with our values of innovation, accountability, continuous learning, and patient-centered care
  • Comfort with electronic health records, telehealth platforms, and digital clinical tools

Responsibilities

  • Lead comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and manage complex, multi-faceted cases requiring advanced clinical judgment
  • Provide mentorship and clinical supervision to Advanced Practice Providers (PMHNPs, PAs), fostering their professional growth while ensuring quality care
  • Develop and oversee medication management protocols, treatment algorithms, and clinical best practices
  • Champion quality assurance initiatives, compliance standards, and continuous clinical improvement
  • Actively participate in program development, service line expansion, and strategic planning initiatives
  • Deliver patient care through our hybrid model, seamlessly integrating in-person and telehealth services
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including therapists, case managers, and wellness specialists
  • Contribute to research initiatives, outcome measurement, and evidence-based practice development
