About The Position

Wellstar Health System is developing a brand-new facility, Columbia County Hospital, in Grovetown, Georgia, set to open in Fall 2026. This hospital will be a modern facility focused on clinical excellence and patient comfort, located in one of Georgia's fastest-growing communities. We are seeking full-time Board Certified/Board Eligible Primary Care Physicians to establish a new practice adjacent to the hospital. This is a unique opportunity to build a practice from the ground up and become a key part of a new healthcare hub. The hospital will feature 84 medical-surgical beds, a 16-bed ICU, a 40-bed Emergency Department, a planned Level II Trauma Center, 6 Operating Rooms, 2 Cath/Interventional Radiology suites, and 2 Endoscopy suites, supported by comprehensive medical and surgical specialties. The adjacent four-story Medical Office Building (MOB) will offer 160 exam rooms and will be anchored by all major medical and surgical specialties, with seamless connectivity to the hospital.
