Requirements
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
- Active and unrestricted medical license
- Active DEA license
- NO RESIDENTS
- NO VISA CANDIDATES

Benefits
- Competitive compensation package with $250,000 - $270,000 base + Bonus
- Up to 10% annual bonus opportunity
