Colorado Permanente Medical Group seeks a board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician for a PRN position. This role requires flexibility to work at any of their Pueblo medical offices and requires State of Colorado residency. All staff must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have a qualified medical or religious exemption by September 17, 2021. Proof of vaccination or exemption is required before starting employment.
