Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the practice to optimize patient flow and service delivery, ensuring a high-quality experience for all patients.
• Partner with physician leadership to develop and execute strategic business plans, supporting organizational growth and financial goals.
• Build a high-performing and engaged team by managing staff relations, leading performance development, and overseeing key staffing and recruitment functions.
• Ensure the financial health of the practice by actively monitoring budgets and successfully managing the revenue cycle functions, including billing and collections.
• Coordinate seamless, high-quality patient care services by fostering essential collaboration among physicians, staff, and other clinical and administrative areas.
